Do you make custom pieces?
We are happy to make custom pieces for private customers and retail shops. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our jewellery is hand-made and we pride ourselves on our workmanship, however sometimes things do happen and your piece may need some TLC.
We offer a lifetime guarantee for elastic and necklace restringing and will fix any workmanship faults.
Normal wear and tear is not covered by our warranty.
Non-adherance to our care instructions renders our warranty void.
We may still be able to repair your piece, however we will ask you to cover postage, replacement parts and labour.
