Returns
We offer EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.
Items must be unworn when returned.
Exchanges are not available for sale items.
Refunds will only be issued where the item is faulty.
Please email info@jetempire.com.au to obtain instructions before returning your item.
For exchanges or returns you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase and wait for return authorisation.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Return the item within 7 days of return authorisation.
- Cover the cost of postage (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the postage).
- Package the item such that damage will not occur during transit, and include original Jet Empire packaging.
